TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

February 2nd thru February 7th

Tuesday, Feb 2nd - Kick Off Party at El Faro bar, (formerly Rick’s bar) The cruising sailor’s headquarters. Come get your t-shirt, sign-up for events, win prizes, volunteer and benefit the kids.

Wednesday, Feb. 3rd - Benefit Concert & CD Release party. Local, national & international musicians donate their talent to build classrooms for the kids. Annual Sell-Out event!! BBQ.

Thursday, Feb. 4th - Beach Party & Games at Playa Madera; Fun and games for all, including 100 invited school children. Shade, adult beverages and food is available for the spectators. Chili cook-off later in the afternoon. Judge the chili, sample local restaurants and crafts.

Friday, Feb. 5th - Pursuit Race, a fun race in and out of the bay. Crew spots available!; then Dinghy Raft-up & Potluck Appetizer party at Playa Madera

Sat, Feb 6th- Sail Parade on Zihuatanejo Bay and out to Ixtapa and return. The fleet “dresses ship” for a colorful procession. Most boats host paying passengers. An inspiring sight and very successful fund-raiser.

Sunday, Feb. 7th- Wrap up BBQ, Beach Party, Awards, Auction, Raffle at Playa Madera. Selections of food from local restaurants, great raffle, auction prizes and fun for all.
